Now YouTube users can analyze their video promotion campaigns.  YouTube added new minute by minute view counts to its analytics dashboard. It comes with two features hour-by-hour data for the last 48 hr and minute-by-minute for last 1 hr.

The new report is available for channels, groups with less than five videos and content owners.

The company explains it will be updating its Privacy Policy on October 19, 2014 to reflect the changes. Company will inform all its user one month prior implementing this feature. As per new policy they are going to collect log data, cookie data, and device information of its users and this service will be available for USA customers first, and likely to expand in future.
